WHAT ARE THE BOOK COVERS LIKE?
All our books have covers made of hard cardboard, 2 to 4 millimeters thick, depending on the desired quality.

HOW IS A MATTE COVERING DIFFERENT FROM A GLOSSY?
The covers are differentiated by their gloss, the matte ones have no gloss and the glossy ones do have a gloss.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF THE BOOKS?
The delivery time of the books is approximately 30, often depending on the client, the time it takes to make the changes to the delivered draft.

HOW ARE THE DESIGNS OF THE BOOKS?
The designs of each book is 100% personalized, with the images provided, the event data of the book, dates, names, colors, themes, thoughts or comments. No book is the same.

CAN I ADD SOME KIND OF TEXT WITHIN THE PAGES OF THE BOOK?

The minimum number of photos is 30. The more images, the more colorful.

There is no limit of images, the more images the more colorful the book will be.

CAN I DELIVER THE COMPLETE CD OF THE PHOTOS THAT THEY GAVE ME?
Yes you can. We filter the delivered images and select the best photos, the most attractive for the book, but we try that you as a client keep your CD or if it is smaller than nos send the photos through of the temporary clouds or applications that we facilitate to obtain the information that you have inside your telephone cellular.

DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE THE ADDITIONAL PAGES AT ONCE OR DO YOU ADD THEM?
If you want to include a number of additional pages in the proposal, you can do so, but in many cases depend on the photos provided by the client, there are times when it is not worth adding additional pages. In the same way when we make the draft depending on the photos we may add some additional pages, which you will review when we send you the draft.

WHAT CAN I MAKE A PHOTO BOOK FROM?
You can make a photo book of whatever you want, be it a birth, pregnancy, birthday, old photos, travel and much more, just always keep in mind that technology is not 100% reliable for always save your photos. Also, you don't share those memories with anyone and a photo book allows you to preserve the memories and relive them every time you see the book.

WHAT IS THE BEST SIZE FOR A WEDDING SIGNATURE BOOK?
The best size for a wedding guest book is 10x10, it is neither too big nor too small and it occupies the perfect space on the reception table. It is a comfortable and manageable size.

HOW MANY BASIC BOOK PAGES CAN I AFFORD FOR MY WEDDING GUESTS?
The 10 pages, which are the basics of each book, are enough for approximately 100 to 150 guests. Normally there is a tendency to add up to 2 additional pages since not all invitees sign only, but also include a small thought or comment which takes up space and it is better to have extra pages or space than you need.
150 to 200 adds 4 pages (both sides).
200 to 300 add 6 pages (both sides)

WHAT IS THE SHORTEST TIME YOU CAN DELIVER THE BOOK?
Normal delivery time is 7 to 10 business days after the draft is approved and the balance of the book is paid.
But for an additional $45.00 we can deliver the book in less than 7 to 10 business days.

WHY DOES THE BOOK TAKE 1 MONTH?
This time is contemplated from the moment the photos are delivered to us. We design the draft in 3 to 5 business days, the client is given 5 business days to modify which may be longer depending on the number of times the client modifies, 15 business days for printing and manufacturing of the book 2 business days to photograph the book as advertising and the remaining time in case of any delay. But we still tend to deliver books before the month is out.

The design of each book is made in Panama City and the printing and manufacturing of the book is done in the United States since they are Quality 1A and with Guarantee

IF THE BOOK IS DAMAGED, DOES IT HAVE A GUARANTEE?
Because our books are made in the United States, they have a 100% Guarantee.
When we deliver the book to the client in his hands, he has a 1-year guarantee for damage to the book, as long as they are flaws or factory damage and not damage caused by the client.

DO YOU DELIVERY ALL OVER THE COUNTRY?
Yes, we deliver to all of Panama, for the interior of the country the client must pay the shipping that is not included in the cost of the book, it is separate.

CAN I USE THE PHOTOS I HAVE ON MY CELL PHONE?

CAN I USE PHOTOS FROM FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM?
If you can make use of your photos published on both social networks, only you cannot download them from your phone you would have to use a computer to be able to download the photos - Facebook allows you to download your entire folder of photos, if you have them organized; but in the case of instagram it does not let you download all the photos but in the same way it allows you to select and save the photo 1 by 1 on your computer with a better resolution and quality than if you do it from your cell phone.
